"Jekyll, Jekyll, Jekyll, it's a Jekyll, it looks like a jekyll!"

After much deliberation procrastination, I decided to use Jekyll to get my website/ blog going. I'm hoping to keep up with it semi-regularly, if with nothing else than reposts, cat gifs, and food pictures. But seriously, I'll hopefully have some food related experiments smattered throughout from time to time.

This theme comes from jekyll-uno with some minimal modifications. Thanks @joshgerdes.
